About BLUME Support
Modern life challenges us both mentally and physically, and we all go through periods with particular difficulties.
BLUME Support is the safety net that catches at the first signs of distress – whether the challenges are work-related, personal, or family-related. Your employees can receive quick, anonymous, and professional help when the need arises. This allows the company’s leaders to stay focused on their core responsibilities.
Why choose BLUME?
BLUME Support reduces sick leave and boosts energy levels – both within the company and for the individual. Our statistics show that a company’s investment in BLUME Support returns approximately double in the form of reduced absenteeism.
The presence of BLUME Support in the workplace also enhances recruitment efforts and strengthens the loyalty of existing employees. Moreover, BLUME’s work represents a strong "S" in your ESG reporting.
Other great reasons to choose BLUME Support:
- Ensures that employees stay in flow and maintain a healthy life balance
- Provides professional and personal support for the entire family – apps and digital chat tools aren’t always enough
- Prevention pays off – research shows it improves both financial and human outcomes

The founder personally lacked access to professional help
BLUME Support was founded by Lone Blume, who, together with her family, went through a series of serious life crises – including a long battle with cancer, divorce, and the loss of close family members. The experience of lacking support during these times was the driving force behind the creation of the company.
At a time when mental well-being is a growing concern in Denmark, the presence of BLUME Support in the workplace is more necessary than ever. Especially in light of a welfare system under pressure, with long waiting times and cutbacks in public services.

The team in BLUME
We primarily work with certified psychotherapists – but also with psychologists. All are carefully selected based on their high level of professional expertise, broad experience, and personal values, which must align with BLUME’s core values: Integrity, Authenticity, Holistic Approach, Compassion, and "Beacon" (guiding light).
We serve companies across all of Denmark and offer digital well-being assessments and sessions in Danish, English, and German.
In addition to psychotherapists and psychologists, our team includes a wide range of specialists, such as occupational psychologists, stress coaches, couples therapists, sexologists, dietitians, leadership consultants, divorce lawyers, financial advisors, physiotherapists, family counselors, sleep specialists, social workers, addiction counselors, special needs educators, and specialists in self-harm/eating disorders, among others.
BLUME Support also has an in-house physician and patient advisor who provide internal sparring and support for our therapists.

Personal and attentive support
When help is needed, research shows that a personal relationship is important for the assistance to be fully effective. At BLUME, we put great effort into creating a confidential and personal connection.
We offer a personal and physical alternative to the many digital counseling and health solutions available through apps, video, and more. Consequently, we do not use AI in our counseling and solutions. At BLUME, you receive help from a “present human being.”
We provide fast, anonymous, and targeted support with presence and on equal terms from an experienced and carefully selected therapist with specialized knowledge in the challenging area. If needed, this is supplemented by a specialist from our expert team.
In other words, no “one size fits all.” We assemble the right team for the task, and we meet and have conversations in safe settings – often in the employee’s own home.
