Processing of personal data
Personal data includes any kind of information that can directly or indirectly be linked to you.
As a customer or supplier, we collect the following personal data about you: contact details and bank information.
As a client/user, we collect the following personal data about you: contact information and journal data related to your treatment process. All such data is deleted 60 days after the completion of your treatment.
For unsolicited applications to BLUME Support as an employee or supplier, applications and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted. If applications and attachments are kept longer than 6 months, separate consent will be obtained.
Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from accidental or unlawful deletion, disclosure, loss, degradation, unauthorized access, misuse, or any other processing contrary to the law.
Purpose
Personal data about customers/suppliers is collected for the following purposes:
- Processing your purchase and/or delivery of your service to us
- Managing your relationship with us
- Personal data about clients/users is collected for the following purposes:
- Handling your booking of a program
- Preparation and execution of sessions
- Evaluation and follow-up after your program
- Information collected via the website https://Blumesupport.dk is used to identify you as a user, register your request for contact or booking, and to deliver the services you have requested, such as sending you various information.
Data minimization
We only collect, process, and store the personal data necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Additionally, certain data collection and storage may be required by law for our business operations.
The type and scope of data we process may also be determined by the need to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.
Storage period
Data is stored only as long as permitted by law and deleted when no longer necessary. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for data deletion. However, client data related to individual well-being programs is deleted 60 days after the program ends.
Your consent to receive newsletters and book a program is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details above.
Disclosure of information
We use third parties for data storage and processing, including providers of our IT solutions and our therapists. All our data processors have signed data processing agreements with BLUME Support that comply with applicable data protection laws.
These processors only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. In relevant cases, data may be disclosed for legal reasons.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and email to other purposes will only occur with your consent.
We only use data processors within the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data.
